Homes you purchase from us must be relocated. You will need to locate property to move your new home too. We will assess your property prior to moving your home in order to make everything work and flow smoothly on the day of the move.
Pick Out a New Home
You can pick out a new home on our website on the homes for sale page, call us for an appointment, and we will show you the home you are interested in and several others if you would like.
Grading Work
You will need to make arrangements to have the area in which your home will sit graded as necessary.
The Move
We will move your new home to your property and handle the permits for the actual move. You will just need to obtain the necessary permits to move your home onto your property.
